STICKS CINNAMON

Firstly, the outer bark is shaved and then cut into sticks. This is the important stage as it determines the rate along with the diameter of the stick. After cutting and drying under sunlight, the sticks will naturally roll and turn yellow. Other customer's typically require sticks to be 5, 8, 10, 12 cm in size.
