Tapioca Starch
Tapioca Starch is a staple food also used worldwide as a thickening agent. Tapioca is gluten-free, almost completely protein-free, and contains practically no vitamins. In England, the word tapioca often refers to a milk pudding thickened with arrowroot, while in Asia the sap of the sago palm is often part of its preparation. We supply both food and industrial grade tapioca starch, with the latter often used in mosquito coil production.
