We often test our joss powder to determine their viscosity (9 Cup to 42 Cup) for every shipment before loading goods into containers to assure the best quality for customers.
Additionally, we'll test in front of our customers when hey come to visit our factory or office in Vietnam.
MEASUREMENT RESULT OF INCENSE POWDER’S VISCOSITY
I. Prepare samples for test:
Step 1: Mix 8g Incense Powder with 500 ml of water.
Step 2: Pour the solution in the Liquidizer.
Step 3: Start the Liquidizer for 5 seconds.
Step 4: Stop for 10 seconds.
Step 5: Start the Liquidizer again for 5 seconds.
II, Measurements result:
Step 1: Pour the solution from the Liquidizer into Viscometer.
Step 2: Start the Viscometer for 3 minutes with a suitable spindle.
Step 3: Record Moving Reading.
Step 4: Wait 5 minutes to take Static Reading.
Finally, we'll have the viscosity of joss powder.
